在网上看到不少关于就业歧视的漫画,学历、性别、外貌、身高,户藉,工作经验等等都
可成为有些单位在招聘时提出的限招条件。有些限招条件基于实际工作要求和企业行营职业需
要,当然无可非议。但很多单位提出的限招条件都是十分荒唐的,只能用四个词形容:就业歧
视。尽管社会呼吁停止就业歧视,但就业歧视现象大有愈演愈烈的趋势。不少刚毕业的大学生
因为没有工作经验应聘时常常“吃闭门羹”。
我认为造成就业歧视产生的原因主要有两点:一是劳动力市场的供大于求,二是没有法规
制约就业歧视,因此有些招聘单位就有理由抬高进入门槛,挑肥捡瘦。这说明我国的就业市场
是不成熟的。招聘单位应该明白就业歧视不仅损害了求职者的信心,阻碍他们的职业生涯,也
阻碍自己单位发现潜在人才。
我们需要有一个健康的招聘市场,需要制定相关法规,清除招聘歧视,保证就业市场的平
等性。但更重要的是要增加就业机会,只有当劳动力供求关系出现平衡或供不应求的时候,就
业歧视问题才会得到根本扭转。

Discrimination in Employment Recruitment Should BeEliminated
This set of cartoons aims to reveal a current problem in thesociety: some organizations pose ridiculous conditions whenrecruiting new employees. As shown in the cartoons, educationbackground, gender, appearance, and stature are tough conditionsfor the job applicants. In the immature job market, suchdiscrimination
in employmentrecruitment is found everywhere.
Why discrimination in employment recruitment is so endemic? Themain reason
lies in theoversupply of labors. Besides, no specific laws and regulations areformulated to govern discrimination in employment recruitment. Manyrecruitment
units deliberatelyraise the threshold for entry. It is nothing wrong for employmentunits set some necessary requirements for recruitment, but theymust be based on the actual job requirements and professionalqualifications necessary for business operation. Any irrationalrequirement for recruitment discrimination should be resolutelyresisted.
Accordingly, weurgently call for a healthy recruitment market that encourages faircompetition. On the one hand, employers and their human resourcesmanagers
need to realizethat discrimination in employment recruitment not only harmsthe
job applicants’confidence and impedes their carrier path, but also prevents theirown organizations from discovering potential talents. On the otherhand, relevant regulations should be enacted to eliminatediscrimination in recruitment and ensure the equality in the jobmarket. However, in my opinion, the key point to stopdiscrimination in emplyment recuritment is to create more jobopportunities. Only when demand and supply is balanced in the jobmarket, can employment disrimination
beeradicated.

这组漫画旨在揭示当今社会的流行一个问题:有些单位在招聘时提出一些荒唐的条件。如
漫画所示,学历、性别、外貌、身高等成为应聘的苛刻条件。在不成熟的就业市场,这样的歧
视比比皆是。
为什么就业歧视如此普遍? 主要原因在于劳动力市场的供大于求。此外,没有制定法规制
约就业歧视。许多招聘单位有意抬高进入门槛。招聘单位对招聘提出一些必要的要求没有错,
但这些招聘条件必须基于实际工作要求和企业行营职业需要,任何不合理的招聘的歧视要求都
应坚决抵制。
因此,我们迫切需要建立一个健康的鼓励公平竞争的招聘市场。一方面,雇主和人力资源
管理人员必须认识,招聘歧视不仅损害了求职者的信心,阻碍他们的职业生涯,也阻碍自己单
位发现潜在人才。另一方面,要执行相关法规,消除招聘歧视,确保就业市场的平等性。然而,
我认为要停止就业歧视关键是要增加就业机会,只有当就业市场供求关系平衡了就业歧视才能
从根本上清除。
