Description:
Resetpass.bat is an executable file that resets the password forthe
Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager admin account.
Note: If you change the admin account name to somethingother
than admin and then subsequently run resetpass.bat, it changesthe
account name back to admin.
To use Resetpass.bat:
1. Open Windows Explorer on the computer where yourun
Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.
2. Change directory to the :Program
FilesSymantecSymantec EndpointProtection
ManagerTools folder.
3. Double-click the Resetpass.bat executablefile.
The password is reset to the defaultpassword.
4. Be sure to change the password immediately.
