1/ The big tiger has very sharp teeth. Smallanimals in the forest are all afraid of him.
大老虎的牙齿真厉害，森林里的小动物们都害怕大老虎。
2/ Only the fox says,” I am not afraid of him. Ican even pull out all his teeth.”
只有狐狸说：“我不怕，我还能把大老虎的牙齿全部拔掉呢。”
3/ “Are you kidding?” Nobody believes him.
“你不是在开玩笑吧？”没有人相信狐狸说的话。
4/ The fox really goes to the tiger. He also bringswith him a large pack of presents.
狐狸真的去找老虎了，他还带了一大包礼物。
5/ ”Your Majesty, I have got the sweetest candiesin the world for you.”
“尊敬的大王，我给你带来了世界上最好吃的糖。”
6/ The tiger has never tasted any candy. He takesone piece of toffee. “Ah-ha, it is very delicious!”
老虎从来没有吃过糖。他吃了一粒奶油糖，“啊哈，好吃极了！”
7/ After that, the fox often sends candies to thetiger.
打那以后，狐狸就常常送糖给老虎吃。
8/ The tiger holds one piece of candy in his moutheven when he is sleeping.
老虎连睡觉的时候嘴里也含着糖。
9/ The lion is the tiger’s good friend, he tries topersuade the tiger, “You have eaten too much candy. If you do notbrush your teeth, you will get decayed teeth.”
大老虎的好朋友狮子劝他说：“糖吃得太多，又不刷牙，牙齿会坏掉的。”
10/ The tiger is brushing his teeth when the foxcomes again with candies. “Oh, what a pity you brush away the sweetfrom your teeth!”
大老虎正在刷牙，狐狸送糖来了。“你把牙齿上的糖都刷掉了，多可惜呀！”
11/ From then on, the tiger never brushes histeeth.
从此，大老虎就不刷牙了。
12/ Some time passes, the tiger has got terribletoothache. He roars with great pain.
过了些日子，大老虎开始牙痛了，痛得哇哇直叫。
13/ The tiger goes to see Doctor Horse, thedentist. But Doctor Horse dare not pull out histeeth.大老虎赶紧去找牙科医生马大夫，马大夫不敢替老虎拔牙。
14/ Then he goes to see Doctor Bull. But DoctorBull says,” Oh, no, no, no. I dare not pull out your teeth.”
大老虎又去找牛大夫，牛大夫连忙说：“不，不，不，我不敢拔你的牙。”
15/ Just at that time, the fox arrives.
这时，狐狸来了。
16/ ”Mr Tiger, let me help you pull out yourteeth.”
“大老虎，我来替你拔牙。”
17/ The tiger is very grateful to the fox and says,“You fox is my best friend. You not only send me the candies, butalso help to pull out my teeth.”
大老虎非常感激狐狸：“还是狐狸好，又送我糖吃，又替我拔牙。”
18/ The fox pulls out all the teeth from thetiger’s mouth.
狐狸把大老虎的牙齿全拔掉了。
19/ Ever since then, the small animals are neverafraid of the toothless tiger.
从此，小动物们再也不怕没有牙齿的大老虎了。
