第68届美国电影电视金球奖颁奖礼上，《摩登家族》成为喜剧类大赢家，包揽喜剧类五项大奖,将最佳编剧、最佳女配角、最佳男配角、最佳导演和最佳剧本四座奖杯收入囊中，主持人简-林奇也表示，这是《摩登家庭》颁奖礼。　　

在63届美国艾美奖（2011年）上获得了17项提名，在所有入围剧集中提名数排名第3。最终横扫5项大奖，再度称雄。以下是获奖情况：
