下面是制作的具体过程:
配方:低筋粉(cake flour)200g水(water)100g酵母(yeast)2g糖(sugar)20g
制法:1、先用水把糖搅化,然后把酵母也加入糖水中,搅拌均匀。然后加入面粉中搅拌成团。
Stir the sugar ,water and yeast.Add the cake flour.Stir togetherwith your hand until the
dough forms a ball.
2、把面团擀成长方形,再折叠起来,再擀成长方形,直至面团纯滑,有一定筋度。
Roll the dough into a rectangle. Fold upandroll into the rectangle. Repeat this step
several times until the dough become smooth.
3、面团分割成一块块剂子,馅料也分成一块块。面团每个30g,馅料每个15g。
Immediately divide the dough into 30g pieces. Divide the sruffinginto 15g pieces.
4、面团剂子拉长,然后再对折
5、面团剂子擀开成圆形,然后包入馅料。然后造型成高庄馒头的形状。留下一块面团用来制作叶子。

6、将面团造型成桃子形状,再用刮板压上桃子的凹线。

7、将留下的小面团和适量绿茶粉混合均匀,面团干的话加一点点水。
Add somegreen tea powder toonelittle dough. Knead it until it is smooth.
Add some water if needed.
8、那一小块绿茶面团,用手指压再桌子上搓成两小块。然后擀开成叶子状。
Shape the leaves.
9、用刮板在叶子上刻上叶子的脉络。
10、把叶子贴在包子上,然后抹上红色。
Stick the leaves to the peach and glazewith someedible red water.
11、喷上水雾,醒发15-20分钟。
Spray some water in the peach and proof at room temperature for 15to 30 minutes.
12、旺火蒸6-8分钟。
Steam for 6 to 8 minutes.
