有两个信仰都很好的青年，努力的祷告努力的学习，也很积极的参见教会的活动，真的很努力，一个上了自己盼望已久的大学，一个没有考上自己理想的大学落榜了，上了大学的青年受到了主的恩典，现在没有任何大的问题，同样一起努力学习努力祷告信仰很好落榜的这个青年，我们怎样设想和盼望的呢？我们又是怎样议论和理解的呢?我们经常会有这样的疑问，假设上大学的青年爱主，落榜的青年更加爱主呢？或者也许是上大学的青年比落榜的青年在祷告上更加出色吧？分明不是真样的，那为什么？一个合格，一个落榜了呢？一个得到了成功的基本基础，一个只有失败呢?我们在这样的题目中是怎样辨别怎样理解的呢！我随着时间慢慢的过去有了这样的一个感觉，有些人是站在成功的起点上开始的，可是因为起点从成功开始到最后失败结束的人生，见的很多，同样，有些人虽然从失败开始翻过来到最后成功的人生，我也见得很多。如果是这样，任何时候我们都明白了主的祝福，那么这是什么呢?我们理解了，其实，成功和失败绝对不是相反的，祝福有一个意义，我是这样想的，成功是祝福失败也是祝福吧！有些人成功的人生开始失败的人生结束，有些人失败的人生开始成功的人生结束，如果是这样的话，成功不是成功，失败不是失败，如果理解了这些，成功不算什么，失败也就不算什么了，为什么呢？因为我们的人生不是现在就结束了，主在我们的人生中有怎样的计划，有怎样的约定，跟随着不一样的时间，不一样的方式，不一样的时期会实现这样的约定。所以我认为，不论怎样我们在活着的时候要对主有认同，面对成功的时候，面对失败的时候，不要傲慢，不要左右摇摆，这样才会是一个好的青年。
最近我个人很想对青年们说一些话，有些青年是这样说的：“我已经忍到了极点，期待到了极点，因为是这样不能再忍了。”可是我理解的忍耐不是这样的，我能忍耐，对方也能忍耐，我们都可以忍耐的话，我认为这不是真正的忍耐。真正的忍耐是我已经忍耐到了极点不能再忍耐下去的瞬间，忽然想到真正的忍耐只是现在才开始，同样努力也是一样的，我已经努力了，到了极点了，不能再努力了，换一个方式去想，其实不要放弃努力而是想着这只是努力的出发点。我是这样想的，“我不行了，我不能再努力了，每次这样想的时候告诉自己，真正的努力现在开始了。”各位都会有困难的时候，都会有危机的时候，可是就像我刚才所说的失败不是失败，每一位通过失败的奠基石创造自己人生的梦想和未来.
