爱华网“除非另有规定”在英文合同中使用很频繁，从字面表面看是一些对例外情况的约定，实际上是对主句约定内容的特别强调。使用得当，可以起到强制性效果，但使用不当，可能被对方钻空子。这个概念有多种表达方式，如：除非合同另有约定、除非法律另有规定、除非双方另有商定等。
