in turn这个词组肯定大家都知道，意思是“俟个”、“依次”，例如：Thepateints in the waitingroom were called in the doctor’s office in turn.(候诊室的病人俟个被叫进诊室就诊。)
不过 in turn还有一个用法，用于下列结构：
……,and this, in turn, ……
……, and these, in turn, ……
……, which, in turn, ……
此时 in turn是承联句子的副词性短语，意思是“反过来又”。 in turn 前后可用逗号点开，也可不点开。this、these 和 which指代前面的名词的意思。
