随着京城教育展的火爆，越来越多有关教育和就业的问题无法回避，上面的一段话是我博客上的朋友提出的问题，尖锐、犀利却不失代表性。面对就业困难带来的“教育恐慌”，我们做教育的人则无旁贷。
首先，我要强调一点，如果认为接受了高等教育也找不到好的工作，就对教育的作用产生怀疑，那么这种思想就是典型的因噎废食。况且，上了都大学找不到工作，那就更不用说没上过大学的了！

这里面,有的因素我们可以掌控,比如心态、教育，有些却时要用时间来解决，比如经济衰退、用人机制不合理。所以，求职要先将自身可掌控的因素调整到最好。比如自我完善，在学校期间不学无术，每天花大量的时间上网、逛街，专业知识和中国男足的能力差不多，而且没有独立能力，你要是开公司的话，相信也不要这样的员工。
还有心态，找工作并不难，难的是找好工作，一方面需要能力的积累,韦沃英语；一方面也需要时间和运气。干好工作也意味着你要面对工作上的艰辛不退缩的勇气和毅力，眼高手低是最耽误事的。哪怕找了个跑业务的工作，也要全心对待，至少也可以积累经验，可以增长眼界，可以形成未来的人际资源，可以随时碰到机遇。现在的求职者，最缺少的就是从底层干起的勇气。
时机，是可遇不可求的；实力，是自身努力就可以拥有的，当时机重现之时，即是汝辈锋芒乍现之日！
未来世界，最有竞争力的人才是：既有知识又有能力、既愿意踏实肯干又能够创造机会、既能经受考验又能承受成功。还是那句话：博积，不扰天地；蕴蓄，只为生机，知识本身没有错，不要总是问它能给你带来什么，要问自己能用它创造什么？！
