用面粉制作的食品，总称面食。
面食从熟制方法上可以分为蒸、煮、烙、煎、烤、炸、焖等几大类。
北方人的主食以面食为主。
馒头、饼、面条、饺子、包子是北方最基础也最家常的面食。
由此可以衍生出数不尽的花样面食，正所谓玩转面食。
我家的主食以面食为主，因此我博客里记录的面食很多。
我的面食做得不精，但因为家常和易操作这两个特点，被很多博友喜欢。
