Last weekend a Korean exchange student Yeriel came to visit. She isJessica's classmate. Since she was around, we made authentic KoreanReddish kimchi. It was fun cooking with two beautiful girls in thekitchen.
上周末,韩国交换学生Yeriel来访。她是Jessica的同学。既然她来自韩国,我们邀请她一起做地道的韩国萝卜泡菜。轻舟与两位美少女一起在厨房做美食,真是件美事!

Ingredients 用料
Instructions 做法:
1. Dissolve the 3 tablespoons salt in the water.Put the reddish cubes into a large bowl, and pour the salt waterover it. Weight the reddish down with a plate. Let the reddishstand for 12 hours.将三汤匙盐溶解到水里。再将盐水倒进放萝卜块的碗里,将碟子扣在碗上,让萝卜浸12个钟头
2. Drain the reddish, reserving the salt water.Mix the reddish with the remaining ingredients with gloves. Packthe mixture into a 2-quart jar. Pour enough of the reserved saltwater over the reddish to cover it. Let the kimchi ferment in therefrigerator for 6 days.
沥盐水,将盐水放一边。带上手套,将萝卜和剩下的用料混合拌匀。将混合物放入瓶子里,加盐水让白萝卜都浸在水里。将萝卜泡菜放冰箱6日。
3. Store the kimchi in the refrigerator, where itwill keep for months.泡菜放冰箱储存,可以放个把月。。。
