“魏格纳领袖学院”是由PeterWagner（彼得.魏格纳）博士在1998年创立的，旨在培养一代有国度视野，国度胸怀和国度能力的领袖，把使徒传下来的耶稣基督的国度使命更好的在这个时代传承、传扬，扩展基督的国度。目前是国际上最有影响力的应用事工类的领袖学院，学生已遍及全球24个国家和地区。2013年12月，两个机构的创始人，赵晓博士，和魏格纳博士决定将“香柏领袖学院”和“魏格纳领袖学院”在中国合并成“香柏-魏格纳领袖学院”。把“魏格纳领袖学院”全球最前端的属灵培训资源，和香柏在中国本土化的优势结合在一起，在中国培养国度型领袖，提高教牧领袖和职场领袖的国度视野、胸怀和能力，实现中国的复兴，完成中国的命定，实现30/30和回归耶路撒冷的异象使命。
这位与赵晓合作的彼得.魏格纳是美国大名鼎鼎的“新使徒改革”（New ApostolicReformation）的开拓者。这个“新使徒改革”认为使徒的职份至今还继续存在，彼得.魏格纳甚至声称现代是”第二个使徒时代“（“TheSecond ApostolicAge.”）在这个所谓的”第二个使徒时代“，彼得.魏格纳理所当然地就是“大使徒”了。
JohnMacarthur（约翰‧麦克阿瑟）新出版的书籍《Strange Fire》一书里的第二部分第5章【Apostles AmongUs？】（使徒在我们中间？）就是在指证这位“大使徒”彼得.魏格纳无非就是个假使徒。JohnMacarthur（约翰‧麦克阿瑟）对这个新使徒改革（New ApostolicReformation）的精辟结论是：
It is not new, it is notapostolic, and it is not a reformation. – JohnMacArthur on the New Apostolic Reformation。它不是新的，它不是使徒的，它不是一个改革。--约翰‧麦克阿瑟论新使徒改革 。
John MaCarthur在一讲道里这么说到这个“新使徒改革”：
But it is a rapidly expandingmovement being generated by some of the same old troubling falseteachers and false leaders that have been around in Charismania fordecades, always dishonoring the Holy Spirit, always dishonoring theScripture, always claiming miracle signs, wonders, visions, dreams.Peter Wagner, the Kansas City prophets, Mike Bickle, Cindy Jacobs,Lou Engle(??), and on and on and on it goes.
The Movement is marked by superexcess ecstatic, bizarre behavior. Emotionalism ran amuck, allkinds of crazy revelations, behaviors. Peter Wagner is the fatherof this, as he has been involved in all kinds of other aberrationsthrough the years, including starting the Church Growth Movementwhich gave life to the pragmatism movement which as we know is soubiquitous.

John MaCarthur在这段话里说，“新使徒改革”是由一些在灵恩派里几十年的，旧的，令人讨厌的假教师，假领袖搞出来的运动，他们总是侮辱圣灵，侮辱圣经，总是宣称神迹奇事，异象，异梦。这些人里有彼得魏格纳（PeterWagner）等等。这一运动表现为超常的狂热，离奇的举止，各种各样疯狂的启示，而彼得魏格纳是这一运动之父。
去年底（2013年12月）赵晓这位在中国颇有点名气的“基督徒”竟然借着与美国这位假使徒彼得.魏格纳合作，不仅请他来中国讲课，还把彼得.魏格纳的异端学说给搬到中国来了！
