Symantec Backup Exec2010备份Microsoft Exchange2007时会默认选择使用“精细还原技术(GRT)”。这里就需要安装Microsoft Exchange Server MAPIClient and Collaboration Data Objectspackage，其最新版本为Microsoft Exchange Server MAPIClient and Collaboration Data Objects1.2.1，您可以从如下微软网页中下载：

如果在未安装 Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI) andCollaboration Data Objects (CDO) 的 Exchange2007 服务器上执行精细还原技术 (GRT)备份，则备份会失败，并出现上述错误。
注意：
1. 在作业日志中数据库将被报告为已跳过。
2. 数据库能够从数据库级别还原，但无法从 GRT 级别还原。
解决方案：
在 Exchange 2007 服务器上安装 Microsoft Exchange ServerMAPI Client and Collaboration Data Objects软件包。可能已经安装该软件包，但是如果仍然可以看到以上错误，请确保您已经安装最新可用的MAPI CDO软件包。
