Job Title:HR Specialist
Location: Beijing
Job Responsibilities:
This position is mainly responsible for providingfull HR support in recruitment, C&B, staffactivities, and training. Key job tasks include but not limited tothe following:
Recruitment
·Source, screen, interview and select candidatesfor the assigned positions
·Interact with hiring managers to understand thebusiness needs and create the right expectation
·Develop talent pool, balance both quality andquantity, establish and maintain contacts with sources ofemployment
such asheadhunting, talent market and related internet recruitingcompanies and company internal job ad.
·Provide regular recruiting summary and assessmentreport as needed
C&B
·Manage and handle the daily C&Brelated issues make sure payroll process aligned with applicablerules and policies
·Process both expatriate and local staff payrollcalculation and payment release including monthly salary, annualbonus
and specialallowance
·Provide the compensation and benefit data analysisand report
·Be responsible for contract renewing, paymentsettlement and assessment of the service qualities
·Cooperate with FESCO and ensure the procession ofsocial insurance and housing fund aligned with applicablerules
andpolicies
·Analyzing staffing, turnover and other personnelstatistics, and preparing reports in conformance with companyneeds
Training
·Ensure professional deployment of trainingsessions and events by following internal processes, standards andtools
appropriate for scheduling, delivery and evaluation of the trainingsessions and events
·Communicate with and provide support forparticipants, trainers and line & HR managers alongthe process
Employee Relationship
·Organize employee’s activities to improve employeesatisfaction such as outing, annual dinner, and birthdaycelebration
·Set up and maintain personnel files anddata
·Reply to employee’s inquiries regarding all HRrelated issues
Qualifications
·University degree holder
·At least 3 years of solid HRexperience
·Good team spirit, Strong sense of responsibility,confident, awareness of service, Good
skillsofcoordinating and communication
·Self-motivated and strong passion in the HR field,capable to deal with the high pressure
·Fluent in both written and oral English
