爱华网英语交流非常重视，或者说是非常重要的一个环节就是肢体语言。英语中有一句谚语是这样说的 ：Actions speak louder than words。意思就是肢体语言比口述更有力量。世界上最大的猎头公司Korn/Ferry International的人力资源专家的统计结论也显示，“In a job interview，you will be virtually fully judged within the first 30 seconds, even before you start to talk.”(在工作面试中，你甚至还没有开始讲话，面试官实际上已经在30秒之内对你有了全面的评价。)这其中：visual (what yousee，你所看到的)占55%;audio(what you hear，你所听到的)占38%;content(what is said，你们真正的谈话内容)占7%。
1. Don’t Make a Feeble First Impression It’s been said that employers can spot the right candidate within 30 seconds, and that’s all about body language. Be confident, but not arrogant. Walk in with a smile, without fiddling with anything you’re wearing, and give a firm handshake。
不要给人软弱的第一印象

2. Stop Touching Your Face!
Did you see the movie Contagionby Steven Soderbergh? A doctor played by Kate Winslet states that the average person touches their face between 2,000 and 3,000 times every day! Now, while you can’t stop yourself from doing this all the time, you must stop during the interview. We’re all guilty of touching our nose, our lips, and our forehead, but these all imply that we’re either nervous or dishonest。
不要摸脸

3. Don’t Do the Leg Wobble

It can be due to nervous energy, restless leg syndrome, or just bad habit. But whether you do it a little or a lot, do not do it in an interview. The message you’re sending is loud and clear — I’m anxious, and I can’t wait to get out of here。
晃腿的原因有很多：情绪紧张，不安腿综合征，或是因为坏习惯。但是，在面试时，不要这样做。这样的身体语言传达的信息非常明确——我焦虑不安，只想尽快逃离这里。
