摘 要
本设计利用低噪声电压反馈型运放OPA820 来作为首级放大电路,利用电流型运放THS3091作为中间级、末级放大电路,利用TPS61087DRCDC-DC变换器为运放电路供电,利用MSP430进行软件设计。信号源部分采用峰峰值100mv、通频带为1kHz~10MHz的电源。整个系统采用分立元件制作。最小增益0dB,最大增益40dB。不失真输出电压峰峰值大于等于10V.

Abstract
This design uses low-noise voltage feedback op amp OPA820 as a head amplifier circuit, the use of current-mode operational amplifier THS3091 amplifier circuit as the last stage, the use of TPS61087DRC DC-DC
converter circuit for the final stage power amplifier using the MSP430 microcontroller and LCD output voltage rms and maximum values for the measurement and display. Peak to peak signal part is 100mv, as 1kHz ~ 10MHz passband signal generator. Main components of the system analog
integrated circuits using TI's production. Minimum gain 0dB, maximum gain 40dB. Peak undistorted output voltage greater than or equal 10V.
